About Dona

Dona Menz, LCMHCS, LCAS, Rev.
I am caring, warm and collaborative and will work with you mind, body and spirit to live a peaceful and balanced life. I use a strengths-based, intuitive approach, and my joy is witnessing as your awareness grows and you connect with your passion, purpose and bliss. I will be your greatest advocate and coach, student, and teacher. I work as a team with clients and tailor my sessions to your needs.

I believe connection with Source, who you truly are and who you were born to be, lies waiting for you beyond the challenges you face today. Spiritual seeking and exploration is often the flower of seeds planted by life’s transitions, losses, addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, existential questioning, and any challenges you are facing today.
Whether your seeking is just beginning in your young adult years, coming to a crossroads in midlife or culminating in retirement challenges, I believe this journey is the most important of your lifetime. There is a vibrant, joyful life waiting for you beyond the challenges you face today.

Having been in recovery 16 years from substance addiction and experienced depression and anxiety, my heart is with you during this trying time. It may be difficult to see this from where you are now, but there is Hope. Our true self often nudges us—or shoves us :) in the direction of integration and recognizing our whole, complete perfection.

If your life isn't working the way you had always dreamed, and hardly allowed yourself to imagine, know this—there is another way. If you have a suspicion that there is a better life, but it remains a dream, I am here to walk with you as you make this dream your reality. You are loved. And you are not alone. I look forward to working with you.

"I am only here to be truly helpful. I am here to represent Him who sent me. I do not have to worry about what to say or what to do, because He Who sent me will direct me. I am content to be wherever He wishes, knowing He goes there with me.
I will be healed as I let Him teach me to heal."
